Alex Rolfe has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. From November 2010 to July 2011, Alex worked at Mondial Assistance UK as an International Technical Breakdown Co-ordinator, where they managed customer vehicle breakdowns across Europe and provided exceptional customer service while adhering to insurance policies.
From February 2013 to September 2020, Alex worked at Accenture as a Technology Consulting Manager. In this role, they held multiple responsibilities including program and project management, business analysis, and process re-design. They specialized in implementing technology, data and analytics, operating model redesign, and process optimization solutions to transform business challenges. They delivered customer-focused outcomes using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Currently, since March 2021, Alex is working at Satalia as a Senior Project Manager. They are managing the delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions for one of Britain's fastest-growing unicorns and their clients. Starting from May 2022, Alex has taken on the role of Head of Project Delivery at Satalia, where they continue to excel in their project management responsibilities.
