Alex Rolfe has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. From November 2010 to July 2011, Alex worked at Mondial Assistance UK as an International Technical Breakdown Co-ordinator, where they managed customer vehicle breakdowns across Europe and provided exceptional customer service while adhering to insurance policies.

From February 2013 to September 2020, Alex worked at Accenture as a Technology Consulting Manager. In this role, they held multiple responsibilities including program and project management, business analysis, and process re-design. They specialized in implementing technology, data and analytics, operating model redesign, and process optimization solutions to transform business challenges. They delivered customer-focused outcomes using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Currently, since March 2021, Alex is working at Satalia as a Senior Project Manager. They are managing the delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions for one of Britain's fastest-growing unicorns and their clients.
