Roberta also has a background in project and program management, business process analysis and improvement, and organizational strategy. Roberta worked as a Senior consultant at EY Lithuania, where they led teams and provided expertise in various areas such as business processes, organizational structure, strategy, and roles and responsibilities models. Additionally, they served as a Data analyst during their tenure at EY Lithuania.
