Ricardo Hinojosa

Ricardo Hinojosa is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and design engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at SATCO, INC., Ricardo focuses on design engineering using Autodesk Inventor, along with process improvement and new process integration. Previous roles include Engineer 2 at Mab Fabrication, where contributions involved developing Solidworks assemblies for retail store projects, and Manufacturing Engineer 2 at ITW Air Management, supporting the production of industrial blowers. Additional experience includes managing NPI projects in the industrial gas turbine sector at Hi-Tek Manufacturing, and CNC programming at DRT Manufacturing Co., where 3D models were created from drawings. Ricardo also led suspension design for the Bearcats Baja Racing Team, competing successfully in intercollegiate events. An educational background in Mechanical Engineering Technology was obtained from the University of Cincinnati.
