Isaac Llorens Aymerich

Head of Space Segment at Sateliot

Isaac Llorens Aymerich has over 10 years of professional experience in the aerospace industry. In 2020, they took on the role of Head of Space Segment at Sateliot. From 2018 to 2020, they were AIT Team Leader and Lead Satellite Assembly, Integration and Test (AIT) Engineer at Open Cosmos. In 2017, they were a System Engineer at Akka Technologies. In 2012, they were a Software Engineer in the space department as an intern at GTD. In 2011, they were an Internship in the math department at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, providing teaching support functions. Finally, in 2006, they were an Internship in Aircraft Maintenance Technician at Gavina SL, where they were responsible for maintenance tasks of 50, 100, 200 and 500 flight hours on general aviation and business aircrafts equipped with alternative and turboprop engines, as well as participating in aircraft restoration.

Isaac Llorens Aymerich has an extensive educational background. Isaac obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Air Navigation Systems from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2008-2012. Isaac then completed a Superior grade formative course in Aircraft Maintenance from IES Illa dels Banyols in 2006-2008. In 2013-2014, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Space Studies from the International Space University. Isaac is currently enrolled in an Executive MBA program at EAE Business School, which they began in 2021. Additionally, they hold a STK Certificate from AGI.
