Jordi Monfar Rebull

Jordi Monfar Rebull has worked in the IT industry since 1987. Theirwork experience includes roles at Ibermática, Price Waterhouse, Barcelona Centre de Tecnologies (BCT), HP, CAPSiDE | NTT, and Sateliot. At Ibermática, they were a Programmer and System Administrator. At Price Waterhouse, they were an Assistant Consultant, working mainly with IBM mainframe systems. At BCT, they were a Systems and Software Engineer, managing different flavors of Unix (SGI, IBM, HP, Sun). Jordi also provided Unix training classes for customers. At HP, they held various positions, such as Lab Infrastructure Support Engineer on DesignJet and 3D R&D Labs, Development Engineer/DesignJet R&D Labs, Remote Computing Space EMEA Unix-Linux Server Management, Infrastructure Delivery Operations/Barcelona Saturn Team Lead, and Infrastructure Services Operation Engineer/Unix. At CAPSiDE | NTT, they were a SysOps Engineer, managing and supporting public cloud environments such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. Jordi is currently a Senior NetOps/DevOps at Sateliot.

Jordi Monfar Rebull obtained a Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya between 1982 and 1987.
