Nils Compier

Nils Compier began their career in 1998 as a Product Market Manager at KPN bv, where they were responsible for product management and distribution management of Eicon, Cisco, RSA Security and Citrix products for Networking and Teleworking. In 2001, they moved to Xantic as a Sales Manager for Europe and the Middle East, exploring emerging markets for Satellite Communication and building new partnerships. In 2005, they joined Stratos as an International Salesmanager Wholesales, where they were a key account manager for eight large Telecom Operators in Southern Europe, LATAM and Africa. In 2012, they joined Inmarsat as a Director Carriers & Operators and Sales Manager. Finally, in 2022, they are joining Sateliot as the Head of Carrier Department, with offices in Barcelona and San Diego. Theirrole will involve offering Global IoT connectivity based on 5G NB-IoT standard protocol, allowing standard NB-IoT modules to use their satellites when out of reach of the terrestrial network.

Nils Compier obtained a Bachelor in Marketing and Economics from Inholland University of Applied Sciences between 1991 and 1996.
