Amy Ching

Amy Ching is a Customer Success Lead at Satelligence, where responsibility includes developing customer success strategies and enhancing team capabilities to ensure customer satisfaction and growth. Prior to this role, Amy served as a Senior Program Officer at IDH, The Sustainable Trade Initiative, managing the Better Cotton Growth and Innovation Fund across multiple countries and overseeing the Mozambique Climate Resilience Program. Amy has also contributed as a Research Assistant at Wageningen University, conducting research on transparency under the UNFCCC, and worked in various capacities focusing on environmental policy and client management at organizations such as Merck Millipore and the World Resources Institute. Amy Ching holds a Master’s Degree in International Development from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and International Organisation from the University of Groningen.
