Linda Boisselle

Linda Boisselle, CPC has over 30 years of experience working in recruitment and staffing roles. Linda began their career at Positions Inc in 1987, where they built and managed the Biotechnology/Pharma/Medical Device recruitment practice. During their time there, they received multiple awards and eventually became the Director of the Biotech Division.

In 2009, Linda worked as a Staffing Consultant/Recruiter for various companies including T2 Biosystems, HHMI, Genocea Biosciences, and as an Independent Recruiter. Linda was responsible for creating sourcing strategies, providing advice to managers on candidate selection, and conducting staff training on interviewing and EEO requirements.

Linda joined T2 Biosystems in 2010 as a Staffing Consultant and later became a Senior Recruiting Partner. Linda played a crucial role in the company's development of an innovative diagnostic technology platform. Their responsibilities included recruiting for areas such as sepsis and hemostasis, as well as providing support for clinical diagnostics utilizing T2MR technology.

In 2020, Linda worked as a Recruitment Consultant for YourBio Health and Satellite Bio, where they continued to utilize their recruitment expertise.

Most recently, Linda rejoined T2 Biosystems in 2021 as a Recruitment Consultant. Their experience and knowledge in the field make their a valuable asset to the company.
