Jacqueline Javier-Burns is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and healthcare management. Currently serving as Senior Clinical Staff Level II at Satellite Healthcare/WellBound since March 2023 and as the owner of Dialysis Care Management since January 2024, Jacqueline has previously held significant roles including Nurse Manager at Dialyze Direct, where development of the first staff-assisted home dialysis program in New York State was achieved. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Patient Services at Queens-Long Island Renal Institute, Charge Nurse at Flushing Manor Dialysis Center, and numerous leadership roles across various dialysis centers. Jacqueline possesses a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pace University and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Phillips School of Nursing.
