Nikki Boudreaux

Nikki Boudreaux has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In their current position as the Senior Director of the Project Management Office at Satellite Healthcare / WellBound, they manage a portfolio of projects, partners with various business functions, and leads a team of project managers. Prior to this, they held roles such as Senior Project Manager, Director of Regulatory Compliance, and Manager of Compliance, Programs, and Reporting in companies like Vituity Practice Management and County of Santa Clara Health System. Nikki also has experience working in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a Presidential Management Fellow and in the United States Army as a Commissioned Officer in the Military Police Corps. Throughout their career, Nikki has demonstrated expertise in project management, regulatory compliance, risk management, and leadership.

Nikki Boudreaux has a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree in Community Health from UNT Health Science Center, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Post-Baccalaureate program in Biomedical Science at The University of Texas at Dallas from 2009 to 2010. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Microbiology from the University of Oklahoma, which they received from 1999 to 2001. In addition, Nikki has obtained several certifications including a Project Management Certificate from Cornell University in 2022 and certifications in Enterprise Risk Management, Unit Based Teams Facilitator, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Patient Safety Root Cause Analysis/Health Care Failure Mode Effect Analysis, and Healthcare Analytics from various institutions between 2014 and 2017.
