Sheila Jane Balista

Sheila Jane Balista has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Sheila Jane started their career as a Hospital Services Group Admin Assistant at DaVita Kidney Care from January 2015 to September 2017. Sheila Jane then moved on to become an Assistant Healthcare Operations Manager at the same company from October 2017 to July 2018, where they managed the largest dialysis clinic in Central Coast and achieved favorable metrics.

After that, Sheila worked as a Healthcare Operations Manager at DaVita Kidney Care from July 2018 to October 2018. During this time, they were responsible for managing the profit and loss portfolio of the clinic and maintaining high retention and team engagement.

Sheila then joined Satellite Healthcare/WellBound as a Center Manager from October 2018 to September 2019. Here, they grew a 21-chair facility and achieved a high patient volume. Sheila Jane also successfully eliminated traveler positions and established a strong team of RNs.

Moving up within Satellite Healthcare/WellBound, Sheila took on the role of In Center Manager & Hospital Services Manager from September 2019 to April 2022. In this position, they oversaw hospital dialysis acutes for the whole company and achieved zero deficiencies on joint commission surveys. Sheila Jane was recognized for their outstanding dialysis quality outcomes, retention numbers, and patient acceptance rate.

Currently, Sheila is the Business Owner of Balista Properties LLC, starting from July 2023 onward.

Sheila Jane Balista is currently pursuing their Executive MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations at California State University, Fresno, starting in 2022.
