Vlada Rudko

Vlada Rudko has a diverse work experience. Vlada started their career as a Senior Inspector at Minsk Regional Customs in October 2016 and continued in that role until January 2020. In January 2020, they joined ООО "С-Нетворк" as an HR Manager, where they were responsible for various HR tasks such as candidate search and selection, conducting interviews, onboarding and adapting employees, performance evaluation, organizing corporate events, and managing office operations. Vlada worked in this position until July 2021. Currently, they are working as an HR Manager at Satellite Innovations, starting from July 2021.

Vlada Rudko attended the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus from 2012 to 2016. Vlada obtained a Bachelor's degree in Jurisprudence with a focus on general direction. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Intermediate English (B1) from Streamline | Школа иностранных языков in 2020. Vlada also completed an IT-HR certification from Belhard in December 2019.
