Yulia Syritskaya began their work experience in 2015 as a Retail Business Administrator at ZAO Bank VTB in Belarus. From there, they moved on to Sber Bank in Belarus in 2016, where they held various roles including Manager in the Department of General Affairs and Retail Business Manager in different departments. In 2019, they worked as a Business Analyst at ZAO "Service Desk" and in 2020, they joined TravoLab Ltd as a Project Manager/Business Analyst. Currently, they are working at Satellite Innovations as a Project Manager.
Yulia Syritskaya has a diverse education history. Yulia started their education in 2011 at the Belarusian-Russian University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Banking, completing their studies in 2015. After that, they continued their education at the same university and earned another Bachelor's degree in Translation and Interpreting, which they completed in 2016.
In 2016, Yulia enrolled in the Belarusian State Economic University to pursue a Master's degree in International Finance and Investment. Yulia successfully completed their studies in 2018.
Yulia's educational journey continued at the Belarusian State University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Information Systems Software). Yulia started in 2017 and completed their studies in 2019.
In addition to their formal education, Yulia Syritskaya has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. These certifications include "Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills™ (PSFS)" and "Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I)" from Scrum.org, which they obtained in October 2022 and March 2022, respectively. Yulia also holds the certification of "Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)" from Scrum.org, obtained in May 2021. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in "Business Analysis in the Software Development" from Академия BelHard in November 2019. Yulia also completed a course in "Software Project Management, Business Analysis Foundation" at Belarusian State University in 2019 and a "General English For Work Course at Advanced Level" from the Capital School of English Bournemouth in December 2015.
