Marlos Barbosa

Marlos Barbosa has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2001, they have held positions at INDG, TOTVS, OThink, W7 Venture Capital, Business Integration Partners, A111 Capital, and Connecta Satellite Solutions. At INDG, they were a Management Consultant, responsible for training managers and supervisors in Management Methods and Budget implementation. At TOTVS, they held the positions of Head of Project Management and Project Leader. At OThink, they were the CEO and Founder, providing advisory on business management and building the strategic planning. At W7 Venture Capital, they were a Member of the Board of Directors. At Business Integration Partners, they were the CEO of BIP Brazil, leading the Business Development, Sales Engagement, Commercial structuring and Negotiation of Consulting Projects. At A111 Capital, they were the Operating Partner and Advisor, searching, analyzing and providing strategy and finance analysis on potential targets for acquisition. Finally, at Connecta Satellite Solutions, they are currently the Chief Executive Officer.

Marlos Barbosa has a varied educational background. Marlos obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy, Marketing & Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management between 2017 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a CBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa between 2003 and 2005. Marlos also has a degree in Metalurgical from The University Center of FEI, which they obtained between 1996 and 2000. Lastly, they have a Certificate in Derivative Markets from B3 Educacional in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law, which they obtained between 1999 and 2000.
