Jessica Novakoske

Jessica Novakoske currently serves as the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Manager at Satellite Shelters Inc. since September 2017, and also teaches English as a Foreign Language at the British Study Centre since August 2016. In the teaching role, Jessica crafts engaging lesson plans for adult learners with a focus on Business English and employs various presentation styles to cater to different learning preferences. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Product Marketing Specialist at Deluxe Corporation, where Jessica produced marketing content, analyzed sales data, and led a cross-functional team for product launches, as well as an internship at The Toro Company, developing marketing tools to strengthen B2B relationships. Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas and participated in an IES Abroad program in 2014.
