Matt Waldram currently serves in the SatOps position at Satellite Vu, starting in March 2023, where the focus is on operationalizing satellite functions to provide a leading thermal dataset. Prior experience includes a decade at Planet Labs, from April 2013 to February 2023, concentrating on daily mission support and Earth space communications. From October 2008 to February 2013, Matt Waldram completed a PhD at the University of Leicester. Additionally, experience as a project manager at the University of Cape Town spanned from December 2001 to September 2008. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Geography from the University of Leicester and an MS in Botany/Ecology from the University of Cape Town, complemented by a B.Sc. in Zoology/Animal Biology from Swansea University.
