Alessandro Comune

Alessandro Comune has a diverse background in the aerospace industry with experience in procurement, project management, and technical roles. Alessandro most recently served as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Satellogic since April 2021. From 2014 to 2021, they worked as a Procurement Manager at OHB System. Prior to that, they were the Procurement/Subcontractor Manager at Kayser-Threde GmbH from 2012 to 2014. Alessandro also worked as a Project Manager at ABSL Space Products from 2010 to 2012 and as a Technical Project Manager at EADS Astrium from 2008 to 2010. Alessandro began their career as a Project Engineer at Alenia Aeronautica from 2007 to 2008 and as a Structure Design Lead at Lockheed Martin from 2005 to 2007. Alessandro started their professional journey as a Consultant Engineer at EAAT srl from 2002 to 2004.

Alessandro Comune completed a MSc in Aeronautical Engineering, specializing in Aerodynamics, at the Delft University of Technology in 2002. Prior to that, they earned a MSc in Aerospace Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II between 1996 and 2002. Their studies encompassed Aerospace Structure, Aerodynamics, and System Engineering.
