Sudeep Gupta

Sudeep Gupta is an experienced executive in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of SATHAPANA Limited Myanmar since December 2022 and as an Independent Director at MARUHAN Japan Bank Lao since October 2024. Prior to these roles, Sudeep held the position of Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at Fino Finance Pvt. Ltd. from May 2017 to November 2022, and was the Senior Vice President and Business Head for LAP & MSME at Satin Creditcare Networks Limited from February 2015 to May 2017. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President for Retail Business at Fullerton India and as Area Sales Manager at ICICI Bank Ltd. Sudeep began the career as Branch In Charge at Ashok Leyland Finance Ltd. Sudeep holds an MBA in Marketing from 2000 and a B.Sc. in ZBC from Hans Raj College - Delhi University, completed in 1997.
