Ed Hagan

Ed Hagan has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Ed is currently serving as the CFO & COO at Satisfi Labs since October 2019. In 2012, Ed founded O|Miga, a company that provides accounting, human resources, and other business process services to high-growth entrepreneurial organizations. Ed also holds a position as a Board Member at BW Freeman since October 2020. In the past, Ed worked at Phoenix Capital Advisors as a Managing Director from January 2009 to December 2014. Prior to that, they occupied multiple roles at BearingPoint, including Managing Director | Global Information Management Lead from January 2007 to January 2009, and Managing Director | UK Financial Services Solutions Lead from January 2002 to January 2007. Ed started their career at KPMG, where they worked as a Partner from October 1987 to January 2002.

Ed Hagan attended Saint Louis University from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance.
