Kaizad Patel

Kaizad Patel has been in the hospitality industry since 1995, beginning with a role as Service Staff at the Hotel Savoy Baur en Ville in Zurich. Kaizad then moved on to work as Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Kohinoor IMI School of Hotel Management in 1999, and Project Assistant at The Club in Mumbai in the same year. In 2001, they became the Proprietor of KAIZ HOSPITALITY SERVICES. In 2007, they founded Kaiz Consult India, a consultancy service for hotels, restaurants, family entertainment centres and clubs. In 2010, they co-founded Customer Insights Worldwide. In 2013, they became a Consultant for the Philippine Department of Tourism and Co-founder & CEO of SatisFIND (Singapore). In 2016, they took on the role of Customer Experience Mentor at Kickstart Ventures, Inc. and in 2019, they became Co-founder & CEO of SatisFIND Technology Pvt. Ltd.

Kaizad Patel attended Campion School, Mumbai from 1979 to 1989, where they obtained a High School degree. Kaizad subsequently attended Old Campionites Association, also for High School, until 1989. In 1992, they enrolled in Ecole Les Roches, where they obtained a degree in Hotel Management with a focus in Food & Beverage Management in 1995.
