Tibi Artzi

Tibi Artzi has over 20 years of experience in the satellite communication industry. In 1998, they began their career as a Design Engineer for Satellite Smart Solutions, where they developed satellite communication for SCADA, telemetry, tracking and messaging markets. From 2004 to 2017, they worked for Comtech EF Data, first as a Principal Design Engineer and then as the Director of Hardware Engineering Group. Their roles included designing and developing DVB-S2 Broadcast Modulators and Demodulators, designing next generation waveform FPGAs, and achieving more than $30MM in revenue with over 39MM subscribed customers. In 2019, they became the VP Engineering at SatixFy, a company that designs next-generation satellite communication systems based on in-house developed chipsets.

Tibi Artzi obtained a Master of Science in Communication Engineering from The University of Manchester in 2003. Tibi received a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire in 1998. In 1993, they graduated with Distinction (Summa Cum Laude) in Electronics Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
