Emma Ponsonby has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2014, they founded the Little Voyage Foundation, a not-for-profit organization empowering women and girls through education. Emma also founded FASHIND in the same year, a company designing technology and experience solutions for online fashion retailers.
In 2015, Emma co-founded Satopia Travel, where they serve as the CEO. Satopia Travel provides tailor-made itineraries and hosted experiences for socially conscious travelers. Emma also founded the AIHI Global Council, focusing on artificial intelligence and human integration.
Emma served as a partner in Glenshore from 2016 to 2019, providing strategic advisory services in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and business development. Emma was also a senior consultant at Satopia Collective, collaborating with travel, lifestyle, and fashion companies. Emma served as a project director at Parlez Chatbots, a role they held from 2016 to 2018.
Additionally, Emma has worked as a consultant for Dubai Tourism in 2018 and as a founder and CEO of Aquir.me from 2015 to 2018. Emma founded Emperia Ventures in 2014, where they served as the CEO until 2017.
