Elaine Wee, GMS, is an experienced operational leader with a strong background in managing complex projects and driving operational excellence across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager at SATS Ltd., Elaine focuses on enhancing productivity and profitability through continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to this role, Elaine managed confidential government projects at Country Foods, implemented multi-region mobility programs at BGRS, and led the establishment of outsourced services at Cartus. With a foundation in operations management from Tan Tock Seng Hospital and extensive experience in customer service management at Verizon, Elaine exhibits a commitment to developing training materials and mentoring teams.
