Johnson Teo, CPP, PSP, BCCE, FSM, is the Head Operations at SATS Security Services, where they oversee strategic security operations, regulatory compliance, and crisis readiness. With over 15 years of experience in law enforcement and corporate security, Johnson has successfully led teams and initiatives to enhance community safety and operational excellence. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Security Studies from the Singapore University of Social Sciences and have earned multiple professional certifications, including Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and Physical Security Professional (PSP). Previously, Johnson served in various roles within the Singapore Police Force, contributing to community policing and investigations.
