Currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing at SATS Ltd. since January 2021, Puneet oversees the P&L and daily business activities for SATS Food Solutions in Thailand while managing a workforce of 250 staff. Prior roles include Director at DSI Foods Limited, where Puneet established a state-of-the-art facility in Heathrow, achieving significant profitability within the first year, and Executive Chef at Emirates Flight Catering, leading the production of 200,000 meals daily. Earlier experiences span various executive chef positions and management roles, demonstrating a consistent track record of operational excellence and innovative menu development across the airline and retail sectors. Education includes a degree in Hotel Management from Sopiha Polytechnic.
