Vikram Shinde

Vikram Shinde is an accomplished engineering operations and project leader with extensive experience in the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering Operations and Project at SATS Ltd. since May 2025, Vikram oversees operations for a high-capacity frozen food meal manufacturing plant and heads a significant project to establish a new facility with a capacity of 150K meals per day. Previously, Vikram managed a 1,000 TPD production facility at Olam, where operational improvements, safety initiatives, and strategic planning were prioritized. Earlier roles at CPF Group included responsibilities in production management and innovative development, focusing on compliance with safety standards and implementing continuous improvement strategies. Vikram holds a Master’s Degree in Agriculture Systems and Engineering from the Asian Institute of Technology.
