Alexander Majeska, PMP

Alexander Majeska, PMP has over 9 years of experience in various roles in the medical device industry. Alexander is currently working as the Senior Manager of Medical Device Engineering at Satsuma Pharmaceuticals, where they oversee the development of quality processes at the device supplier and ensures a robust supply chain for a combination drug delivery device product. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager of Device Process Engineering at the same company, where they led all aspects of the work of the external device supplier.

Before joining Satsuma Pharmaceuticals, Alexander worked as a Medical Device Design and Manufacturing Consultant at Majeska Services LLC. Alexander also gained experience at Robling Medical, Inc., where they served as a Project Manager, Medical Device Development Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer. In these roles, they were involved in all stages of medical device commercialization, including product design, manufacturing, assembly, packaging, and validation.

Alexander also worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at BD, where they collaborated with various departments in a GMP medical diagnostics device plant. Alexander was responsible for project management, validation protocols, and engineering studies. Prior to that, they worked as a Shift Engineer at Virdia, where they performed maintenance, trouble shooting, and various engineering tasks for a high hazard start-up operation.

Alexander began their career as a Polymer Research Associate at BD Technologies and later worked as a Research Assistant at the Textile Protection and Comfort Center. In these roles, they conducted experiments, designed testing methods, and conducted maintenance on testing devices.

Alexander Majeska, PMP has a strong educational background. Alexander obtained a Master of Science degree in Clinical Research and Product Development from the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from N.C. State University in 2010. During their undergraduate studies, they focused on the field of study of Chemical Engineering. Additionally, they obtained a second Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Engineering from North Carolina State University during the same time period.

In terms of certifications, Alexander Majeska holds the EIT certification from the NC Board of Examiners for Engineers, which they obtained in January 2010. Alexander also obtained the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2019, showcasing their expertise in project management.
