Jonathan Kau

Jonathan Kau is an experienced professional in the technology sector, currently serving in a product role at Alchemy since August 2023, focusing on data products. As co-founder of Satsuma since March 2022, Jonathan has contributed to the scaling of web3 through reliable blockchain indexing, a venture that was later acquired by Alchemy. Prior experience includes working as a product engineer at Y Combinator, where Jonathan managed internal software and data tools, and as a software engineer at Checkr, Inc. on the new products incubation team. Jonathan's background also includes key positions at Penny as a founding engineer, 17cow as CTO and co-founder, Shyp, Facebook, and Yelp, all in various software engineering roles. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland.
