Venkatesh Ravichandran

Venkatesh Ravichandran has a diverse range of work experience in the field of geospatial analysis and engineering. Their most recent position was as a Geospatial Analyst-I at SatSure, where they began in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati as an Associate Project Engineer from May 2022 to November 2022, and as a Project Associate from February 2022 to May 2022. Before that, they were a GIS Engineer at NexuSAR from October 2021 to February 2022. Venkatesh also gained experience as a Project Intern at Space Applications Centre, ISRO from February 2021 to August 2021, at Gandhigram Rural Institute - Deemed University from January 2019 to May 2019, at the Center for Remote Sensing, Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli from May 2018 to June 2018, and at Akara Research & Technologies Pvt Ltd from May 2017 to June 2017.

Venkatesh Ravichandran obtained their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Geography from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, from 2014 to 2019. Venkatesh then pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree in GeoInformatics from the same university from 2019 to 2021.

In addition to their academic degrees, Venkatesh Ravichandran has also obtained several certifications related to their field of study. Venkatesh completed a certification course on "Microwave Radar Remote Sensing and its Application" from the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS), Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) in July 2018. Venkatesh also completed courses on "Remote Sensing and GIS Application on Carbon Forestry" and "Basics of Remote Sensing, Geographical Information System & Global Navigation Satellite System" from the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS), Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) in 2017 and 2016 respectively.
