Edward Smith

Edward Smith is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and flight instruction. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Chief Pilot at Saturn Aviation since May 2021, Edward has previously held the position of Simulator Instructor for the e-175 at Envoy Air from January 2018 to February 2022 and worked as a Pilot at Jet Linx from July 2016 to January 2018. Edward holds an Airline Transport Pilot certificate and is type-rated in various aircraft, including B-727, DC-9, and E170, among others. Additionally, Edward possesses a Flight Engineer Certificate for Turbo Jet Powered aircraft and an Airframe & Powerplant Certificate. Educational background includes studies at the Community College of the Air Force and ERAU, SHS.
