Britt Kounkel

Britt Kounkel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client engagement and sales management across various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Saturn Group since April 2024, Britt plays a pivotal role in a women-owned staffing agency that specializes in connecting talent with opportunities in AI, Healthcare, IT, HR, and Sales. Prior to this, Britt held the position of Senior Director of Client Engagement at Discovery IT Group from August 2020 to April 2024, where efforts focused on aligning ambitious talent with tech organizations. Britt’s career also includes significant contributions in sales management roles at White Lodging Services and YP, where success in developing business relationships and driving revenue growth was consistently demonstrated. Britt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado.
