About the Role
Saturn is seeking a User Experience Researcher to enhance the design and functionality of our high school and college calendar product. This role involves conducting comprehensive user research to guide and refine product development, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience, as well as sourcing population-level insights to inform future product direction. The UX Researcher will collaborate closely with Product Management, Design and Data teams to translate insights into actionable design strategies, improving product usability and satisfaction. Additionally, the researcher will be instrumental in developing user personas, conducting usability testing, and analyzing user feedback to inform continuous product improvements. This role also involves working directly with our high school and college ambassador teams in a field research capacity. As a founding member of the User Research team, this role offers a unique opportunity to impact Saturn's calendar product directly while working across multiple functions and teams.

Candidate Qualifications:
This position has an estimated annual salary range of $125,000 to $150,000, not including bonus, commission and equity. This position also comes with full benefits and stock options. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to reach candidates, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors. We welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation in all of our initial calls.
