Diveen Ponnachanda

Diveen Ponnachanda has extensive work experience in various roles throughout their career. They started working as a Software Engineer at Uttara InfoSolutions Pvt. Ltd in July 1995 and worked there until December 1996. They then joined Kemwell Pvt. Ltd. as an EDP Officer in January 1997 and worked there until August 2006. At Satwic Inc, Diveen held multiple roles, including Technical Support Manager from September 2006 to January 2014, Service Delivery Manager from January 2014 to 2015, and HR Manager from 2015 to present. In these positions, they were responsible for various aspects of HR operations, talent acquisition, recruitment and staffing, incident management, SLA breaches, and offshore support team supervision.

From 1979 to 1985, Diveen attended Saint Joseph's Convent, where they obtained their SSLC degree in B.Com.

From 1986 to 1989, they attended the junior college high school and earned their Pre Univercity College degree in Business/Commerce, General.

From 1989 to 1994, Diveen studied at Vivekananda Degree college, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in the field of study B.COM.

In addition to their formal education, Diveen Ponnachanda obtained the ITIL V3 Fundamental certification in March 2012 from EXIN.
