Subbaiah Cherumandanda

Subbaiah Cherumandanda co-founded Satwic and is currently the President of the company. He has driven steady growth of the company and played an active role in setting up its global operations.

Subbaiah plays an integral role in the development and implementation of strategic objectives and initiatives, and establishing key company-wide operating disciplines. He is also responsible for the day-to-day management of company profitability, operations & infrastructure, business development, compensation strategy, professional development, marketing & communications and administrative operations.

Subbaiah has spearheaded the efforts to build an integrated operational foundation to strategically support Satwic’s growth trajectory. He has developed programs to support the development of a growth-oriented organization, including strategic compensation and retention programs. He also plays a major role in client relationship management.

Subbaiah has architected and delivered highly adopted Business Intelligence solutions to clients across diverse business segments in India, Europe and the US. The business verticals he has served include retail, movie distribution, consumer products, education, media/entertainment, finance, HR, product development, and licensing/royalties/contract management.

Subbaiah is a graduate of Bangalore University, with a Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering degree.
