Lawrence Hodge

Lawrence Hodge is an accomplished Senior Performance Coordinator and Senior Trackside Aerodynamicist at Sauber Motorsport since October 2017, leading the Aero Performance Group and developing aerodynamic strategies for events. Prior experience includes roles as a Performance Engineer at Richard Childress Racing, where responsibilities encompassed setup, simulation, and race strategy, and as Simulator Test Engineer and Trackside Aerodynamicist at Ferrari, where operational testing and aerodynamic strategies were managed. Hodge has also worked at McLaren Racing and Honda Racing F1, focusing on aerodynamic development and performance analysis. Education includes a Master of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Bristol and a Master of Engineering in Aerospace from the University of Washington.
