Tatyana Mamut

Tatyana Mamut is the current Director at Sauce Labs. Prior to their current position, Tatyana Mamut was the Chief Product Officer at Nextdoor from April 2019 to November 2020. While at Nextdoor, Tatyana Jump started product-led growth, transformed the product culture by rebuilding the product, design, and insights teams, and developed a new product development process as well as North Star metrics frameworks which dramatically increased velocity and innovation. Tatyana also lifted engagement 60% and new user retention 20% while turning off paid marketing through a combination of opening up content for sharing, new onboarding experience, and new product features. Tatyana also sponsored and led a major brand and product redesign. As the owner of the Local Business revenue line, Tatyana drove triple-digit growth by defining product strategy, launching new paid and unpaid product lines (ie Local Deals, Business Posting, Mobile Admin & Analytics), and re-architecting the platform. Tatyana also defined and sponsored Neighborhood Vitality for Nextdoor which created a differentiated social media strategy for growth while encouraging kindness and connection. Furthermore, Tatyana sponsored the Neighborhood Vitality Advisory Board, developed the Neighborhood Vitality metrics frameworks, and directed the overhaul of content moderation on the platform to make Nextdoor a more socially inclusive environment. Lastly, Tatyana sponsored and led the successful acquisition of Hoodline to bring new content into the Nextdoor product, lifting engagement. Tatyana was also successful in integrating two large M&A deals which delivered new product experiences that lifted engagement in the Nextdoor product within weeks of acquisition. Lastly, Tatyana advocated, developed the vision for, and oversaw execution of the Neighborhood Ads Center (NAC) and Multi-Location Ads (MLA), new and differentiated self-serve ad platforms and products to fuel revenue growth while keeping cost of sales low.

Tatyana Mamut has a BA in Economics/Econometrics from Amherst College and a PhD in Economic/Cultural Anthropology from University of California, Berkeley. Tatyana also has certification from the Global Business Network in Scenario Planning and certification from Master-Teacher Rev. B. Ana Jones in Reiki Usui Method level 2. Finally, Tatyana is certified from Frog Lotus Yoga in Vinyasa Yoga Teacher.
