Ann Cavassa is the President of Saucony. Ann has over 25 years of experience in the athletic footwear industry. Ann has held senior leadership roles at Brooks Sports, Inc and Saucony. In their role as SVP, Chief Customer Experience Officer at Brooks Sports, Inc, they were responsible for driving unique brand positioning and strategy, conducting consumer research with actionable growth opportunities, customer demand strategy, and wholesale and direct-to-consumer approaches.

Ann was a collaborative partner with Sr. Executive team to build long-term global, profitable growth plans, manage overall P&L and develop next level leadership talent that fostered a vibrant culture. Ann also led the Global Brand Marketing team of 4 directors and 45 team members to deliver differentiated programs that resulted in Unaided Brand Awareness increase of 50%, Customer Data Base increase of 20%, and in dynamic retail climate maintained lead specialty market share position.

Some of their notable accomplishments include establishing the company's WHY statement (We believe a run can flat out change a day, a life, the world), developing an expanded 'All Who Run' business opportunity with complimentary consumer persona segmentation which led to new category strategies and price point expansion, introducing an integrated head to toe visual presentation and supporting Go-To-Market process, and developing the Inspire/Educate/Gear Up content strategy and BR.com visual identity.

Ann Cavassa completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology at Loyola Marymount University. Prior to that, they completed a Liberal Arts degree at Seattle University.
