Some of their notable accomplishments include establishing the company's WHY statement (We believe a run can flat out change a day, a life, the world), developing an expanded 'All Who Run' business opportunity with complimentary consumer persona segmentation which led to new category strategies and price point expansion, introducing an integrated head to toe visual presentation and supporting Go-To-Market process, and developing the Inspire/Educate/Gear Up content strategy and BR.com visual identity.

Ann Cavassa completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology at Loyola Marymount University. Prior to that, they completed a Liberal Arts degree at Seattle University.
