Ahmed Fares is an experienced HR and recruitment professional with a strong background in organizational development and consulting. Currently serving as an OD Consultant at Saudi Consulting Services since June 2011, Ahmed focuses on building HR structures and systems while updating the company organization structure. As a Recruitment Consultant at Crown Consult Engineers & Project Managers and Nokhba, responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates for projects and managing outsourced HR teams. Ahmed also works as a Freelancer, specializing in recruitment for consulting firms and startups.
