Micah Frankenfield

Micah Frankenfield is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Sauder Manufacturing Co. since May 2020, and previously held the position of Human Resources Director. Prior to Sauder, Micah worked at ITW from August 2016 to May 2020 as US Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR operations across five locations and supporting various leadership teams. Earlier roles include Human Resources Manager and Generalist at ITW, where responsibilities encompassed talent management, compensation planning, recruitment, and employee relations. Micah began the career as Human Resource & EHS Coordinator at Alex Products, Inc. and AP Alternatives, and served as Youth Policy Manager at Three Rivers Workforce Investment Board. Micah holds a BA in Business Administration from Bluffton University.
