Dr. Fadi A. Alshammary

Dr. Fadi A. AlShammary has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Dr. Fadi currently holds the position of Vice President at Public Investment Fund (PIF) since September 2022. Their previous roles include being a Project Lead at C4IR KSA, where they developed and validated methods for facilitating access to Industry 4.0 technologies. Prior to that, they served as the Global Investment Strategist at Al Jather, where they founded a research and development and trading company focused on artificial intelligence and big data. Dr. AlShammary also has experience as the Chief Technology Officer at DrbAtlas, where they led business development, product development, and marketing efforts. Dr. Fadi began their career as a Construction Engineer at Aramco, overseeing multimillion-euro projects and managing project teams.

Dr. Fadi A. AlShammary completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Uncertainty and Disruption in Global Strategic Investment from Glasgow Caledonian University, awarded between 2015 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in International Project Management from the same university, during the period of 2012 to 2013. Their earlier education includes a degree in Building Engineering with a focus on Building Science and Technology from King Faisal University, which they completed between 2003 and 2008.
