Ivan Rabulan

Ivan Rabulan has extensive experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition, working in various roles for different companies. Ivan began their career at Convergys, where they held various positions from 2007 to 2011. Ivan then moved on to American Express, where they worked as a Subject Matter Expert in recruitment and learning & development. In 2013, Ivan joined Matrix HR Solutions as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, focusing on the real estate and construction sectors in Qatar. Ivan then joined Eagle Hills in 2015 as a Senior Recruiter, responsible for recruitment and talent acquisition for their global developments. In 2018, Ivan started working for Public Investment Fund (PIF) as a Recruitment Director for their real estate projects. Ivan later joined ROSHN as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and served as the Interim Chief HR Officer. Currently, Ivan holds the position of Executive Director at ROSHN and serves as an Advisor to the Group Chief Officer.

Ivan Rabulan has studied Health Sciences Education at Far Eastern University.
