Khalifa Kulaiban

Khalifa Kulaiban, MBA, currently serves as the Lead of Data Analytics and Budget at the Public Investment Fund (PIF) since December 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Aramco from December 2015 to December 2021, where Khalifa worked in Data Analytics, Strategies and Transformation, and served as the Head of Strategic Workforce Planning within the Organization Consulting Department. Khalifa was also involved as a member of the Youth Advisory Board. Earlier career experiences include a role in Planning, Budgeting & Performance Management at Valparaiso University and a summer internship at Saudi Telecom Company. Khalifa holds an MBA in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, a BSBA in Finance from Valparaiso University, and an Associate's degree in Management Information Systems from the Institute of Industrial Management and Information Technology in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
