Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund
Morné Fourie is an experienced architectural and urban design professional currently serving as the Director of Design & Master Planning at the Public Investment Fund (PIF) since January 2019. Fourie has held various advisory board positions, including roles in confidential real estate developments in Riyadh and Mecca, as well as founding a steering committee for urban regeneration in Asir Province. Prior to PIF, Fourie was the Executive Director of Design & Masterplanning at ROSHN, overseeing the design of numerous residential units and facilities aligned with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. Professional experience also includes senior roles at DAMAC Properties, DXB Entertainments, Meraas Development, AECOM, and others, along with part-time lecturing on Spatial Planning at Heriot-Watt University. Fourie holds a Master of Architecture from McGill University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Pretoria.
