Nizar Faden

Nizar Faden is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in human resources and employee development. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at both the Public Investment Fund and Alat, Nizar previously held the role of Manager of Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development at Samsung Electronics, where responsibilities included managing the full employee lifecycle. Nizar's career also includes roles at Maaden, focusing on talent development and leadership, and at SABIC, emphasizing technical and management training strategies. Nizar began professional endeavors as CEO Assistant at Bin Sulaiman Holding Company Limited and held academic roles at the College of Business Administration.
