Shahd Attar

Shahd Attar is an accomplished professional in technology and media investments with a wealth of experience spanning various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director at the Public Investment Fund (PIF) since October 2021, Shahd heads Technology and Media Investments in the MENA region. In addition to this role, Shahd holds multiple board positions, including membership at THIQAH, RER, iotsquared, SenseTime, and SCAI, as well as being an Investment Committee Member for SITE and Elm Company. Prior experience includes managing director at the Ministry of Investment, where Shahd led the ICT Investment Attraction Sector, and principal director at Accenture. Shahd's educational background includes a Master of Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Systems from Dar Al-Hekma University.
