Zubair Siddiqui

Zubair Siddiqui is a seasoned engineering and operations professional currently serving as Director of Engineering at the Public Investment Fund since November 2024. Prior to this role, Zubair held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Pakistan Oxygen Limited, where responsibilities encompassed the commercial and technical organization, including operations, sales, supply chain, and project development focused on growth and decarbonization. Zubair's extensive experience at Linde spanned several key positions including Director Technology & Project Execution for Mega Projects in Saudi Arabia, Managing Director roles in KSA and Oman, and various leadership roles in operations across the Middle East and South Asia. Zubair holds an MBA from Collège de Paris and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from NED University of Engineering and Technology.
