Rami AlShammary has worked for Aramco Ventures since 2021, where they have held the roles of Head of Technology Management and Business Development Specialist. Prior to this, they worked for Aramco from 1990 to 2017, where they held positions such as Technology Commercialization Lead, Intellectual Property Commercialization Portfolio Manager, Project Engineer, Maintenance Unit Head, and Employee. Rami also worked for Saudi Aramco Energy Ventures from 2017 to 2021 as a Business Development Manager.

Rami AlShammary obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix in 2011, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. Rami also obtained a Bachelor's degree from the Arab Open University in 2008, with a field of study in Science of Information Technology.
