Abdulrahman Suhail Almutairi عبدالرحمن سهيل المطيري

Abdulrahman Suhail Almutairi is the General Manager of National Platforms Operation at SDAIA since February 2021, leading the establishment of an enterprise-grade API gateway using cloud-native technologies and managing multiple operational teams for national e-services applications. Prior experience includes a tenure at the National Information Center in Saudi Arabia from September 2007 to February 2021, where Abdulrahman held various roles such as E-Portals Development Department Manager, Change Management Lead, Senior System Administrator, Configuration Controller Specialist, and System Analyst/Developer, contributing to government eService projects and overseeing technical assistance and configuration management. Abdulrahman obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from King Saud University and completed an English language improvement program at Stafford House International.
