Amani alhomoud GRCP, IFSAH, LL.B possesses a diverse professional background in governance and legal affairs. Currently serving in the General Department of Boards and Committees Affairs at SDAIA, Amani brings experience as a Governance Specialist at Al Akaria, where responsibilities included serving as the Secretary of the Board for PIF subsidiaries. Amani also has foundational legal training from the Ministry of Justice in Saudi Arabia, complemented by engagement as an Academic Member with the Saudi Bar Association and participation in cooperative training programs.
