Abdulhakim Alsaeed

Abdulhakim Alsaeed is a Patent Examination Specialist at the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) since January 2020, previously working as a Patent Examiner at the same organization and at KACST from November 2014 to December 2019, where responsibilities included investigating patent applications and conducting comprehensive searches in technical literature and databases. Additionally, Abdulhakim served as a Research Associate Consultant at KACST, engaging in scientific applied research coordination among governmental institutions and research centers in Saudi Arabia. Abdulhakim holds a Master of Science in Computer Modelling & Finite Elements in Engineering Mechanics and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, both from Swansea University.
